   I am a 57 yr old mother of three grown kids,

all boys, ages 30, 32, and 36.  I am proud to say

that my parenting skills and ideals are successful,

as all of my kids finished college, and have

degrees, and now have successful careers.

   I always try to keep a happy attitude, and am a

firm believer in finding good in everything, and

setting goals that are realistic, and achievable.

   I believe that we make our own luck, and that

everything that happens to us, is for a good reason,

even if we cannot see it at the moment.  Our minds

have all our answers, and our spiritual selves live

on  and on.

As I approach the end of my life, I see how hard life

can be for those people that have special

challanges, whether they are physical, financial,

emotional, or concern our relationships with others.

   I tend to be an optimist about everything, to a

fault I have been told.  The thing is, I would

rather be happy than mad and miserable, and

hope to maintain this happiness for the rest of my days.
